Care & Maintenance
To keep your handmade timber chopping board looking and performing its best:
Hand wash only
Use warm water and mild soap
Avoid soaking or putting it in the dishwasher
Dry thoroughly
Wipe with a clean towel and let it air dry upright
Oil regularly - Apply a food-safe mineral oil or beeswax conditioner every few weeks (or when the board looks dry) to maintain the wood’s natural luster and prevent cracking
Avoid extreme heat - Do not place near ovens, stovetops, or in direct sunlight.
